Our fresh foods are bought in the local markets or grown ourselves in a pure organic setting.   We are against using pesticides or artificial methods in the veggies, fruits, and herbs we produce. What we grow comes from naturally sourced seeds in clean Phillipinne soil. Don’t panic, it’s organic!  

We can also adapt to vegetarian or vegan diets and serve a Western Asian fusion style menu created by our local in house chef. We serve a la carte breakfast and lunch, and our dinner is a family style method. At dinner all of our guests and friends eat together giving you an opportunity to meet new people from all over the world and exchange travel stories.  

Our bar is spectacular and provides a selection of local and imported spirits, wine, and beer.  You can relax and unwind with perfectly mixed and generously poured drinks that are created by our masterly bartender.
